30 isn't so bad. Let go of all ideas you have surrounding the number '30' or 'being in your 30's' - it's all societal pressures! You can really BE any age - it's all a state of mind I think! Doesn't Oprah say 50 is the new 30? Times are a'changin'! Rock it.
