Thanks for the advice. I think that the simple act of having spilled my guts in a blog for everyone to see will be a big help in the accountability department. As for all the chocolate, my husband will take care of it, I'm sure. LOL. The Metrodome is a good health-club for those who own skates, so off I go.....
