My daughter Bella was diagnosed with Celiac Disease 2 years ago and I've been cooking gluten-free for her since then. If you have any questions or need support (as I'm assuming from your poll it has hit home somehow), feel free to send an e-mail over. I can fix almost any recipie to make it gluten free and I have learned how to dine with her at restaurants. It's actually a very healthy diet, however it requires lots of snacks! Z |

I just had garlic tonight, so I made sure to brush my teeth, before I commented on your page here! |
