    I know of just the right banana-themed drink to cheer you up. It would work for your Bar & Grill concept too.



    Electric Banana

    (serves 1)

    1 oz amaretto almond liqueur

    1 oz peach liqueur

    1 oz banana liqueur

    5 oz pineapple juice



    Pour everything into a shaker with ice, and pour into a tall glass. Enjoy!
