Loved your show on 3mileisland and especially the 1961 Idaho Nuke accident. I grew up in Pocatello during this time and worked for Phillips Petroleum at NRTS in 67-68. Also, my former husband worked on the water suspended rods as a Chemist at Argonne when we lived in Idaho Falls. He experienced frequent scrubs for radiation exposure. My fatherinlaw was an NRTS Nuclear Physicist at the time and I transcribed research and investigation information but do not remember much as I was only 18.

I am sure the health effects of Idaho and Utah included cancer, thyroid disease and others from we who grew up on local dairy milk. I might disagree with your guest on the genuine attempt to disclose information. This area is not credible in environmental disclosure of any kind. Pocatello is a railroad town and the entire community was exposed to shipment in and out of the NRTS and from Bucyrus Erie.

Seems the longer you are on C2C, the more you act like Art Bell. Other than that, your a nice guy.

Hi Ian,

I am a regular listener from the Seattle area KVI 570 AM CoastToCoastAM . One thing is a for sure there are many interesting topics on the show and Art Bell/ George Noorey and Yourself make it worth tuning in.



I have found places to contact for things not usually publisized which is helpful. Seeds for Survival Ect...
