I don't know that I have any fairy dust, but I certainly try to encourage their good behavior and provide incentives when I need them to complete a chore. Thankfully, the little ones just find simple joy in the mundaine tasks and don't need any more incentive.

I tend to give to most people too-if I open the door-although usually it is people trying to sell me expensive things so then I don't. You're policy is a smart one-maybe i will try that.
