So, for the past several years I have proudly stated "forty something is FABULOUS"....that is until recently. I am experiencing what many "middle aged" (OH MY GOD! I AM MIDDLE AGED!) women are: the effects of gravity, thickening of the mid-section and flappy arms.. Now, I have never been one to enjoy exercise, but unless I want to buy an entire new wardrobe I know SOMETHING has to be done. I am also a dog owner....and not a very good one at that. My poor Charlie doesn't get walked like he should. Hmmm, what could I do (besides boring walks) that would benefit both me and my dog. I researched fitness clubs and DVD's but just couldn't find that one program that really jazzed me up (or worked for the dog). UNTIL I discovered that the internet is a vast resource of freebies! After spending much time reviewing online exercise activities i stumbled on this gem from youtube. I've been doing this three times a week for the past week and a half and am amazed at the results....the next time you Gabsters see me, you'll be shocked. Now my biceps are certainly not as defined as Beckyanna, but just give it time.....
