I'm wondering if anyone has any advice on some research tools for strengh training at the gym. Such as a great website or book that explains how to PROPERLY lift free weights and work with the machines. If I could afford it I would use a trainer - no extra $$ for that right now, though. Thanks for any help I can get. |

Two websites for you: http://www.shapefit.com/exercise.html http://www.trainwithmeonline.com/exercises.asp
Good luck! At least you can afford a gym membership. I'm doing calisthenics in my living room. |

Thank you for the help!
Yea, I completely lucked out into a $5 joiner fee and only $40 a month. I wouldn't have been able to do it without that! |
