Looking for Old Fitness DVD

I used to do the original Tae - Bo the one that  had the 8 min, Tae-Bo Instructional and Advanced workout on it. My problem is, I have a VHS copy that no longer works. I am looking for a DVD copy of the same workouts most especially the advanced workout. I know I could just get some other Billy blanks DVD, but I remember that original one still so well. It would be much easier for me to get back in the groove with my old familiar workout. Does anyone have a DVD copy that I could buy or have (you know if you just don't want it anymore). The cheapest I could find online was on Amazon for $99.00 I don't have that kind of loot for a workout DVD. HELP!

Thanks, Shelley

You could also check on ebay or Gemm.com

Since it's a specific dvd, I agree with the group: craigslist or ebay.

However you can also search for fitness things on www.twincitiesfreemarket.org - everything is free, so you can justify picking up some fitness dvds that might not suit your tastes- just to try them out.

My old roommate had this tape and LOVED it!  I hope you have luck finding it - she got a lot of use out of it.

I have one question, though.  You aren't one of those Tae-bo chicks that thinks it's a martial art do you?  I play capoeira and was in a conversation with a girl about practicing fighting styles one time and she said "Oh yeah, I do martial arts too!"

"Sweet.  What do you do?"

"Tae-bo."

It took everything I had to keep from whipping out a mea-lua on her a**.

No, I don't think it's martial arts. Trust me, if you saw me doing it, the only thing I could get away with calling it is high comedy!  It is a spectacular workout though that helps me when I want to get out my aggression though Laughing

I will absolutely grant the idea that it's a supreme release to punch something (even if it's just the air).  Good for you girl!

If you ever do want to try some real martial arts come check out capoeira with me!  It's a blast and a great workout.
