The best part about her commentary is that she thinks the replay from 5:00-5:30 is live... Although I have a feeling I'm the only one awake early enough to verify that...

I think that the big guys in suits are aware of this and that is their problem not ours. Just listen with the intention of enjoyment and enlightenment. I think that we can be late some times, no one is prefect. |

I think it is kinda funny when Ian reports in from his cell phone maybe from the lobby or perhaps the parking lot and when he has chatted to long with the security guard he is just almost right there but not quite. I find it amusing.

I never tune in early enough to know when he is late. I tune in around 6:45 or 7:00 for about 20 minutes.
I don't think his being late is our problem to worry about, but it is interesting to know it is happening. He's been around on KSTP-AM and now FM 107.1 and has such a good show, I'm sure his position is secure. He may have some very valid personal or family reasons for being late that are never mentioned.
Patt1 thanks for telling about him being in the building or very close, and calling in. I think that is very amusing too. Sounds like at times he's just being friendly elsewhere in the building before the show and time gets away from him. |

What if he's only ACTUALLY required to do 2 hours like most of the other shows, and volunteers for the extra 1 1/2 hours? |
