I am starting a new career in Real Estate and will get no help from my broker to start out.  Any suggestions?  I am a little shy, but am ready to get out and network and put the word out!  Just help me get started, please!

My suggestion is that you join some networking groups that meet in person. Meet Up has many groups -- some are focused on helping each other promote their businesses and of those some are geared towards women -- (Women's Heart Link -- not sure if I've got the name right.) Otheres are just purely social. If you haven't already, you might want to consider joining a Kiwanis or Rotary group. Toastmasters would be helpful with overcoming your shyness and you would get a lot of practice with presentations and impromptu speaking.
