I just recently purchased a dress for an upcoming wedding.  I bought the dress for a whoppin' $5.00 at the Operation Glass Slipper charity sale.  The dress length is down to the floor and I want to shorten it considerably.    Can anyone  recommend a place to have it shortened?  I need a professional who can advise me of a good length and someone to actually do it. I live in Minneapolis.

My tailor is absolutely fabulous!  He's on 66th & Penn, just a few doors south of ARC in the same strip mall.
He is so attentive and his work is GREAT!  If he thinks something won't look right, he'll tell you too - something
I appreciate.  As far as his pricing, I think he's very reasonable.   He doesn't have the big glitz & glam retail
store, but he's not passing on the lease charges to you either.

His name is John - I would feel 100% confidant if you live close or want to give him a try.  Good luck!  Lord knows
I love a good deal Cool
