Does anyone ever go on K-bid.com?  It's an auction service that does some listings online.  It's like if you cross eBay with Craigslist.  You register and bid online, but you can go out to the auction location and look at the merchandise on a specific day AND -this is important- you have to go pick up the items on a specific day and time.  A lot of the listings are liquidations of small companies or clearing out random warehouses, but it can be anything.  They sell cars, clothing, cups, shoes, store shelving, record players, fabric, it can be anything.  I haven't won anything yet, but my parents get stuff all the time.  Right now I'm eyeing a lot with several hundred DANGER signs and one with a hundred or so cafeteria trays as well as an old fire extinguisher box (for emergency booze).

I've only be to one actual auction in the past but it seemed to have a similar completely random mix of stuff.  Does anyone have the D/L on the Twin Cities auction scene?

I have never bid on something on K-Bid, but I do love a good auction.  There is an auction "house" in North Branch that I love.  We have found some great buys there.  it is kinda far out though. Smile
