If your blood sugars are running normal. and you are eating appropriately your energy should be ok. If you are not doing any exercise getting out for a 30 minute walk (or 3 -10minute if works out better) can do amazing things to boost your enrgy.


Is the decrease energy a recent change?, You may want to check with you doctor to make sure there is not an underlying other condition causing this.


Also you could to post a note on the American Diabetes Association website/chat room to see what others have tried as well.

niacin can be bought in non flushing formula. there is a web site called Puridan Pride that carries it and has fantastic sales.


i know if my weight is normal i dont have any problems with glucose. so i am working on it.


i have the device installed now, it wasnt a big deal more of a hassle with keeping track of stuff. ll
