45. What was the first thing you thought of when you woke up this morning? Another day of getting up early?  I am 3 months pregnant and the alarm tends to go off really early these days.

I have been gone for a while from here due to normal life, but I really need some support right now and hoping that I can get it here.  Why is it that for some people when things go wrong they all go wrong at the same time.  Case in point.  We are renting a house due to last house being too expensive and having to move, theres more to the story but nothing pertent to this.  We moved in in December 2006 and resigned our lease in December 2007 to go through this 2008.  We got a notice on June 12, 2008 from our landlord that states he is going to sell the property and he is giving us a 60 day notice.  we love our house and neighborhood and there is no way of buying the house, we tried.  So through a very convoluteted way, our land lord gave our house to some investors to start showing the house.  They showed up on Monday June16, after we had been out of town for the weekend, when my 2 kids were home alone and with no notice.  These people have been nothing but jerks to us.  We will find some where else to move but it is sad.

So then, on Tueday, my van breaks down and needs some work which we have the money for luckily.

So then on Friday this week, I backed right into my husband's car.  Big dent in his and mine.  all I could do is laugh.

Then I had asked his parents to watch the kids on Saturday night so I acn get out of the house, his mom doesn't remember him asking.  They have plans.  Thats it I give.  Is it me?

What would you choose?  Would you take the cash, the groceries or the shopping.  Why would you take that? 

i would take the shopping and would take it just for the frivilous nature of shopping.  I would make sure that I got just a little more than everyone else in my family.  Maybe something like a new purse or a fabulous pair of jeans that fit great!  Wouldn't that be fun to do.  We live on a tight budget so there is not a lot of room for FABulous things.  I would also get everyone shoes.  Because shoes are practical an I am practical.

What would you choose and why?

So I posted this early and went to add it and it disappeared...poof it was gone.  i guess that I need to just come back and take a break and sit with the computer for a while and get away from the 3 kids and the spring break and all of them diving me crazy.  See Zcrazy and others who can understand. 

Does anyone else feel that spring break is too long?  i guess that I am feeling it as I have a 14, 11 and 2 and 1/2 yo who are very needy right now.  For those of you with toddlers, 14 it still needy just in a differant way.  Some days I feel that the older kids need me more now with driving to soccer or my friends or to choir or to musical or to church or to target.  My husband just started a new job last week, hooray for him, but things have amped up in the stress department.  Luckly I took last week  off to be with the kids to do thigs with them and to be home as my little guy will start day care again next week.  Some times all I can do is make it until naptime and my house is a disaster again and I have yet to eat lunch.

Does anyone feel that the spring break was too long.  I guess taht if you are able to get away and go on a vacation I bet you won't feel the way I right now.  But we are trying really hard to live within our means.  No credit cards and trying to pay off the debit that we have so that rules out the vacations right now.  For 5 seats on an airplane and a hotel for a week and food would probably be a months pay. 

Please tell me that there others out there in this land as well.
