    I enjoy the rush of a busy week it is kinda fun.  when I go on vacation I hate the relax part so I pick vegas or new-york,  but my first time in eroupe was fun it was new and eye opening. during this week im getting ready for the big halloween party. I did my 2 days at my part-time job then i put in my 40 hrs at my other job. while prepping for the party each nite after work is when I do all that from 1am-3-am that is the best time to do any thing no phones.. or people asking me q&a. my full time job is like that I supervise 7 cooks for the eveing crowed. my staff and I cook for a pretty busy restraunt in the eve we will sell any where from 278-700 meal in one eve alone, pending on the day.  It is a lot of work it can get boring when slow and wild when fast.     it is a fun job and whish people (eating guest could see what restraunt cooking looks like and respect the cooks and servers).  ty jojochef1
