It's about that time to start thinking about the holiday baking.

Anyone have a good Christmas cookie that is EASY to make?  One that you don't need to be an achitect?

Also looking for a recipe that my mother remembers form being a kid.  Abyone have one for Fattigman?  I am not sure if that is the correct spelling.
