    Is it allergies or is it a cold? That is the question at this time of year.

    Z's super hero Simpson blog reminded me of our Xmas card this year:

    Dance is over for a month or so. Very crazy week last week. Have a video of the teen at dress rehearsal. She was Belle in Beauty & the Beast. At the very end, she and the transformed beast dance and he dips her dramatically. At dress rehearsal, he dropped her on the stage. Funny stuff, can't get the clip to upload here.

    What do you do when you have a pressure headache? When you are stuffy in the head? Green tea, nasal spray, pseudofed (is that how you spell it? It's almost illegal to buy), nothing is working. Maybe I need a nap. Could somebody tell the preschooler that?

    Maybe you should just drop the preschooler over at my place so that I can run him down with my little ones...

    That is THE BEST CHRISTMAS CARD EVER!!!!



    I always complain to my friends who send photos of their kids--INCLUDE PICS OF YOURSELVES!!!



    Everyone can relate to the affirmation!



    GREAT idea!!



    As for the other question: I recommend a nap.



    I have a summer cold/flu/ickiness. I have been resting (until today--went to work [ugh]), drinking copious amounts of water, water with EMERGEN-C, eating soup...and the occasional glass of rose. I did take some Dayquil today because I did not wish to drip nose candy into people's food (gross, I know) and sucked on sugar-free Hall's so that I could actually SPEAK.



    For germaphobes: I washed my hands CONSTANTLY today and coughed into my shoulder--in the back room.

    Ok hun, I am going to try to explain this the best i can.... take your thumb and place it at the start of your eyebrow and the bridge of your nose (on the ridge of brow) and press up and in as hard as u can for a few moments... it is a pressure point and it should relieve your pain. also, have that man of yours rub the bottom of your feet at the base of your toes, nice and deep.
