The talk

I had to explain somethings to my daughters this morning.  They asked me why all of the pictures of me in my teens was my hair so curly and horrible.

" Mom, your hair is like so straight it sticks to your head now ".  " How was it so curly ?"

We had to have the 80's hair talk.

That's not me but a great example of Mall Hair.

I had to explain perms, mullets, and Aquanet.

The horror of tight curlers & chemicals sprayed on your hair.  It smelled like skunk.

But then I threw their dad under the bus by mentioning he had a mullet.
