As I try to let myself rest in a soulful, full-bodied way, I find that I'm not nearly as good at this as I wish. I need to let go. Those words keep muddling my mind with pain. The words from the doctor, the words from my family-members. They haunt me.

Hopefully today will be easier.

I would love to do coffee with you! I too love thrift shopping. It might also have to do with the idea that I'm looking for a treasure. I cannot simply buy anything, it must be special in some way. I'm pretty silent when shopping too and when I'm alone, I may not talk for the hours that I browse the racks... it's so relaxing and quite enjoyable.

When are you available to do coffee? If it is during the day, I'll have little ones with me... but I might be able to pull off some evening. It just depends on the day and what I've got going on in the week.
