I have never gotten a job at Starbucks from one of those job fairs. I would recommend going in and asking what shifts they are needing covered. Are they looking for a full-time, part-time, evening, morning, mids? If you can cater to their needs and show that you are available and flexible it will help. I cannot work very much and my starbucks is willing to work with me. Also, go in ready to talk to the manager- be prepared to have a conversation with them right away. If you can bypass the job fair it might help. There also might be other starbucks that have openings in your area- and they may need someone with your availability. Be persistant and talk to several different stores!

I saw that you stopped by my page! Thought I'd come by and say "hi"! I love that your Starbucks loyal! I work for Starbucks VERY part-time- but I'm addicted. That is part of the reason that I DO work there- so I can at least get some free coffee and a discount!
