And again I say "more snow???"  Here it is the end of April and we are experiencing yet another crazy weather pattern!  I see the buds on the trees, the grass is green, the tulips are coming up, the birds are beginning to nest, and we are getting more cold, snowy weather.  I guess we Minnesotans love the uncertainy of what the day will bring.  I will be the first to admit that I love a great snow storm....in the winter, in January, February, March...but come on!  This one is even too much for me! 

I am headed to Duluth tomorrow to celebrate my daughter's birthday (which is today).  I don't know whether to pack my snow boots and winter or not.  Guess I will just in case.  She is so bummed that her celebration is going to be rainy/snowy and cold.  She is also in a performance of belly dancers on Saturday night...she will definitely have some goose bumps!  Well, just wanted to vent a little...frustration has overtaken me this day! 

Please enjoy this weekend in some manner.  Guess it is a good time to clean closets and get behind that refrigerator.  (Well, maybe not.)  I will be enjoying my daughter's performance whether it is snowing, blowing, or freezing.  I wouldn't miss it for the world. 

Are we really going to get more snow???  March is such a crazy month!  I can't wait to get outside and plant flowers and enjoy the warmth again.  Is it just me or has this been a long winter for everyone?  Lots of tan people coming back to work this week after being in Jamaica, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Florida, Arizona, etc.  Just not fair!  But we live here because we like the changes, right? I keep telling myself that, anyway.

Welcome friends!  With today's politics, bad economy, Iraq war, oil prices shooting up, not enough money to live......it is so nice to have a place such as this to join in with others to have a few moments of fun, giggles, and real-life talk.  Does anyone else think this country has gone to the dogs?  Big dogs?
