I know what you mean. It always seems to be "when it rains it pours". I don't know why it is, but my life seems to be in the same direction. Sometimes I just want to scream "stop kicking me when I'm down". I don't know that this will help. However, lately I've been just taking things one step at a time. I cannot worry and cry about what could happen or what has happened. I simply focus on making lunch, getting the kids to school, just making the little ones to take a nap. Only one task at a time, only one worry for the moment.

I know that nothing I say can make things better for you, but know that I'm here. Just know that you are loved and appreciated. If I could, I'd hug you and hold you.

When you get through this year, maybe it'll get better. Hopefully it will. However, you are an incredibly strong and beautiful woman who can stand against these storms. You have support, love, and beautiful children.

Ali....I was so sad reading your blog about your dad. My father took his own life in 2000 and the following year or so, I was in a downward spiral. The one thing that helped immensely was counseling. I hope you are able to remember that your father would want you living the best, happiest life you can. I hope you can get through this awful pain and recapture your happy heart. My thoughts are with you!!!!
