Ok, to get to the message board....
Click on Message Board (at the top of your screen- the green-bar)...
Then click on whichever board you'd like to see.
Often the "General" one is the board most people use.
Then, under General, there will be "topics" you can click on these and read through people's discussions.

In addition, if you see on you "home" page there will be several blogs, then under that... Message Board posts. These posts are simply put up as people respond to whichever thread they'd like. So, if you click on their response, you will read not only theirs but the entire thread.

On the walking...
I've been doing the walks at Lake Nokomis because it's about the right size for my kids to make it around + there is a park.
What do you think?
