You'd love Casi Cielo. It's a Starbucks seasonal brand that will be gone in a little while, so buy it while you can! It's smooth, balanced, medium bodied-bold, with hints of chocolate. It is the most delicious coffee. Of course, I have to attach to something else until Brazil blend comes back.

I think what I took from it is how validation is powerful. It can change lives and uplift those around you.

thanks dear! I like that perspective! It's VERY true that my family should be concentrating on being supportive, loving, and compassionate. They shouldn't be trying to hit me when I'm down.

Hopefully I'll get some sleep this afternoon, then I'll be able to think more clearly.

I was wondering if a book and a time/date of the next Book Club meeting was decided on. I apologize for not being there on Thursday...I was running late, and suspected the service project would ran late (which it did). I know I'm horse-crap on keeping my commitments to these meetings, but I am really trying for February and want to get it on the calendar. (I'm great about reading the books, though, if anyone is ever giving out prizes for that! lol)
