We always had a easter egg hunt when we were little. We would hard boil and decorate eggs with those Paas kits and then leave them out for the Easter Bunny to hide. Our Easter egg hunts were always inside as lets face it - its usually still snowy at Easter in Minnesota. With 4 girls running around I am not sure how it was that we didnt find all the eggs one year but we didnt. My dog Miseltoe found one as it was stinking behind a chair in the living room about 4 weeks later and ate it, and got sick all over the floor in my bedroom.
Why do I remember these things and I cant remember what I ate for lunch yesterday? :)
Hi new friend I had many thoughts go thru my little mind related to my younger sisters Robin & Tammi. We had had our home catch fire and all of clothes were burned up so my Mom was really hurting from our lose. I was I scouts where I had just made Eagle Scout so A lot of the community Rotary, Lions Club and more came by the house with funds to go buy new clothes to dress 2 girls and 3 boys. Thus when time came for our Easter Pictures all of us kids were so happy to live in a town that showed their Love and Care.
Light-in-the-SpiritThe pictures posted in the gallery was taken that aster and I will never forget it since I was the oldest of the kids. I hank God for all the blessings we received. I hope for all kids to safe and happy for this Easter as your community takes time to hunt eggs to make it a great day for them young ones to enjoy.
