About This Group

    September 12-14 I will be participating in a 3-day 50 mile walk benefitting the MS Society. I will be leading Team Colleen, and I would love for you to join me. Please join this club if you are walking with me for the MS Challenge Walk, or if you are training for an endurance walk this summer. We'll talk about training tips, how to prevent chafing, how to walk 20 miles a day and not get bored, and we might complain for one second about how sore we are. Then we'll get back on task and remember why we're hitting the pavement... to learn more about MS and prevent others from being affected by it!
