My bucket list.....baby?

After having lunch with my husband today I got to thinking about my bucket list (aka the things you want to do before you die). I know that could be a positive or negitive thought., but everyone has things on their list of things they want/need to do. Simple things on mine: read more books (I have a list), run a martion, grow a veggie garden, take dance classes, take cooking classes, learn more about my family.... Long term: Own my own business, have a cabin on a lake, travel to Hawaii, go to Vegas every year for the rest of my life..... But when talking to my husband after being a resturant with many kids running around, "Do we really want to go through that?". We have talked about it many times and its always something we planned in the distant future. But that time seems to get pushed later and later by both of us.... a year after being married, 3 years after being married, 2009, 2010, 2011? Now we have only been married for 1 year, but have been dating 6 years. I guess the statement," I would be ok if we never had kids." from his lips surprised and made me think..... Would I be ok without kids? Is having children just something I feel like I HAVE to do because that is what YOU do? I love my husband and even felt a little selfish when he gives the puppy more time than me ... lol! But I dont have that NEED to have kids right now...will that change? Im SO content with my life right now, but I see so many friends of mine starting to have that itch for babies..... Still thinking....... baby or no baby for me? Tags:

After many invites from my brother-in-law, my husband and I joined in on Sunday church. I'm really loving it! Not that I ever stopped beleiving. But I guess after growing up in a judgemental church enviroment where belifs of others were pushed on me I had been out of the loop for a while. The only thing I did learn was that I beleive you can worship from home. After doing that for almost the last 7 years I am so glad to have found some where that feels new, safe and hopeful. We have now been going for a month and after going to last night's 11pm service I look toward the new year with new faith.....anyone else finding God or new faith?

Its been such a long time... so I will bring you up to speed with whats going on in my life. October brought my 25th b-day and I had mixed emorions about that. I know I know, I am not old... but I joked about now I'm on the down slope to 30, haha. But my birthday also brought a break in. Our house was borken into while my husband and I were at work! We have finally replaced most of our items...thankfully no one was hurt and everything taken was replaceable. But the thing that gets me is that they chaught the guy using our checks they still couldn t charge him for anything but write them. NO break in or threft charge....gotta really love the legeal system. Goo thing I really beleive in karma. Anyways- my husband and I joined my brother in law at church last weekend. I dont think I have been to church in about 5 years! Wow was this church differant! Very welcoming, modern and not very preachy. The serman was great and we are looking forward to going again this weekend. Besides all of that work is crazy...being a retail manager has its ups and downs this time of the year! Im surprise how many people are already crabby...its only the begainning people!!! Thats my life in a nutshell for now- Take care all - Dest Tags:
