I am so happy to hear that you have found a place where you can share |

Both the hubby and I stopped going to church after graduating high school. Still haven't stopped believing, but finding the time with him working weekends was difficult. But recently, he has expressed a desire for more reverence in his life, so in 2008, we will be church shopping-finding one where we feel comfortable. Glad you found a place which make syou happy! kelly90171 |

Congrats on finding a good church! There are so many factors that go into finding such a place, so it great when they all come together. I used to go to Woodland Hills, which had a scholarly feel to its teachings. My current one is great, but because of the age of the hub's children, I get lumped in the old folks groups. (They are great people, I'm just making a stink.) I'd love to find a place that had the same things going on at Woodland Hills, just closer. Bronte19 |

After being raised as a Jehovah's Witness, I have had a hard time with organized religion. We were never allowed to research or look into other religions. We just were told to believe what we were taught and that was that. I felt a lot better when we left that religion and we haven't joined a church or gone to any churches since then. Maybe in the future, I may find a church I enjoy, but now I am happy with what I am doing. I think it's great that you have found something you seem to love. I truly hope that it brings you happiness and joy for years to come!
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year sweetie!!!!
