I have been in physical pain for over a year now with my foot. I quit smoking last December and have not been able to walk much. I had a cast on for 13 weeks and just got that off. I have gained 30 pounds, and would love to loose that it's really depressing to be this heavy. I would love to hear how you lost weight. And by the way YEAH YOU! that is amazing you are fantastic! Give yourself a high five from me to you!

I once had a friend laugh with me when a neighbor dropped off a few bags of hand me downs at my house. "Oh, yeah! That girl just doesn't want to go through it herself and decide what needs to go!" she told me. True, very true sometimes.
