Thanks, Z! I do think about that all the time. I think about the people that have come in and out of my life and wonder what the reason was. What did they need from me and what did I need from them? |

Z -- what a fun time you have planned! I hope the "festival" in M'tonka turns out to have loads of freebies. Even with HALF of what you have in mind, it'd be a blast. I want to be adopted by you. Here's a link to a PDF with instructions on building and using a "box oven." Take care. Peace, Deb |

Gossips are never a fun thing. I think the best way to handle that is to realize that there must be something very wrong in her life to want to spread so much unhappiness. I have a tendency to avoid anything/anyone who causes me pain or discomfort. :) My husband understands that for right now this is my coping mechanism. As I get physically healthier I may take on more confrontations, etc. But for right now I am good. Boy, I will tell you that I will never take being healthy and energetic for granted again. |

Crap, when I suggested Taylors Falls I was thinking it was free...but you are right you have to pay! Nevermind.
CarissaI SOOOOO want to go to that Drive in!!! We were going to go last weekend but the movies currently playing are Terminator, Wolverine, and that lame Seth Rogan comedy. I was hoping that Up would be there! How fun would it be for $15 to be able to bring the kids to the movies for the night...no babysitter! And you can bring your own treats!
You seem to have a GREAT plan going for your staycation. sounds like a lot of fun! (I am super jealous!)
I LOVE the kebab idea. Grilling is the best!!! (P.S. Marinated shrimp is delicious on the grill)
